Jammu : Lieutenant Governor’s Grievance Cell, Civil Secretariat, Tuesday accorded an affectionate adieu to Vir Ji Hangloo, Secretary, Public Grievance, on his superannuation.
Vir Ji Hangloo, is retiring from government service after putting in more than 37 years of dedicated services.
