Teachers in the schools have great role in inspiring and empowering the students for future learning abilities and experience and parents expect teachers to instruct their wards in every kind of situation whether socially or emotionally that can help them to achieve successes without distraction or any disorder. In the schools, parents are treated as an important stakeholder in engaging the students in the activities which are ethically and morally inspired and result oriented. To develop a solid foundation of the students, teachers expect parents to support the instruction and learning that happens in school or at home. They are more likely close to their wards and can feel their needs and demands for future learning activities of the schools. Parents can be effective in supporting their children in every kind of situation and will learn more effectively better than what they have learnt at school. The two important stakeholders ,Parents and teachers should have to work together as a unit, towards creating the best foundation of the students which are always welcomed by society, family and teachers. There lies every possible way for parents also to create learning environment for the child and foster them physically, emotionally and intellectually. Parenthood is a quality that is attached to any being, meant to guide the children for well human beings more specifically, it is for caring, nurturing and looking after them. Good parenthood always ensure that the children should grow up in a safe and happy environment, make them understand about the difference between right and wrong, but the important prospect of the good parenting is that education comes first and teach them basics like tying shoelaces, counting and moral values, not only this but teaching children facts and skills, also provide a supportive environment for children’s independent learning activities and responsibilities towards the family and society. The crucial thing is to develop the children morality and ethical responsibilities of the society. The parents can easily provide moral guidance on all aspects of life, especially about the school norms and value of giving respect to the teachers and every parent is always willing to answer kids’ questions about what the right and wrong things to do in any given situation of the society. Unfortunately, now-a-days teachers face unethical and angry approach from parents, even use of remarks intended to be demeaning, abusing, humiliating, mocking, insulting, or belittling.
It is quite irrelevant and unexpected behavior in the teaching profession as the teaching is regarded as the profession of all professions and as a sacred one concerned with service and relationship with the parents. With this anger and inhuman behaviour from the parents directly effects the enthusiasm, determination and passion of the teachers. Parents ought to ensure that their wards must be good in education , academic achievements and in other learning activities of the schools,in that manner parents try to
Involve and force teachers that they should be looking through the parent’s eye and want to fulfill every kind of demand and need there at school without any delay or problem. The parents want to develop every kind of civic virtue at school such as unselfishness, neatness, truthfulness and willingness to respect others. They want teachers to teach children about the rights of the neighborhood and involvement of the children in the household chores. It is right that the teacher is the key factor in developing the values of good citizenship – like trust, kindness, altruism and respect for and tolerance of others but as a parent and fulfilling the responsibility they are not able to provide their children with a model for how to bring up a child that will stay with that child for life, how to respect their elders as well and provide a good habit that can then be transferred on to teachers, other people in the household and society even they have ample of time at home to provide life long support for their children, to develop a relationship that is a supportive throughout their entire lives. The responsibility that can shoulder a parent is not always possible from the teacher’s side, parent is the sole benefactor and nourisher of the children, they can be surely wanting that their children should be emotionally and mentally strong and there is every reason to suppose that the parents want their children will be more happy than everybody’s children. So good parenthood is crucial for human development especially maintaining the morally good relationship with the teachers. The parent-teacher relationship based on love and respect surely end up with the result that the teachers will definitely be able to inculcate all moral values, wisdom and become enlighten ed with courage, love, faith, and also come to differentiation between right and wrong. The relationship between parent and teacher, having appreciation to each other, being truthfulness and sincerity, along with moral and ethical principles and values surely bring overall development in every aspect of the society.
