Doda: Acting tough against the encroachment of the Government land, Revenue Department, under the supervision of DC Doda Vikas Sharma, Saturday carried out a anti encroachment drive at Sub Division Assar and Gandoh.
The anti-encroachment drive in Assar was conducted by Tehsildar, Naib Tehsildar and other revenue Officials. The team retrieved 9.19 kanal land and demarcated it immediately.
Similarly, in Tehsil Bhalessa of Sub division Gandoh 55.18 Kanal, including 26 kanal of Roshni land was retrieved by the Tehsildar Bhalessa.
