Jammu: A fresh encounter broke out between Security Forces and militants in the Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday in which a junior commissioned officer (JCO) was martyred while two soldiers were injured. Due to the encounter, the civilian vehicular movement has been halted in the hilly areas of Rajouri and Poonch districts as a precautionary measure.
