Khyber Premier Football League: J&K Bank defeats of JK Sports Council, Downtown Heroes FC defets Ali Jana FC

Srinagar: In the ongoing Khyber Premier Football League 2021 two matches of Premier Division were on Wednesday played at synthetic Turf TRC Srinagar. The Tournament is being telecast live for the first time by Frisk Film Production on ANN News Channel.
First match of Premier Division was played between State Football Academy and J&K Bank XI . J&K Bank dominated the scene right from the beginning and attacked the Goal of JK State Sports Council time & again trying to create an opening to score. It was in the 6th minute of Ist half that Furqan of J&K Bank Team scored first Goal. J&K bank Team scored two more Goals in 11th minute and 43rd minute through Furqan and Aakif. The half time score was 3:0 in favour of J&K Bank Team. In the second half J&K Bank team scored four more Goals and it was a one sided affair. Adnan, Faisal, Shahid & Toufeeq scored one goal each for J&K bank team and shattered the Sports Council Football Academy . Furqan of J&K bank scored Two goals and declared Man of the match.
The 2nd match of the day was played between Downtown Heroes FC and Ali Jana FC.The match started with a brisk note and both trying to take a lead. Man to man marking , perfect ball control were the main features of the match. A high voltage match saw many ups and downs and both the teams tried to make full use of the opportunities they got to score. in the First Ali Jana FC was leading by two goals which were scored by Bismark and Faizan. In the 2nd half Downtown Heroes FC equalized and scored two goal in succession. Ali Jana FC took the lead again in 61st minute and Downtown Heroes FC again leveled in 70th minute making the score 3:3. In the dying moments of the 2nd half Downtown Heroes FC succeeded in scoring one more decisive goal through Shafqat. Thus Downtown Heroes FC defetaed ali Jana FC by Four goals to three. Frank of Downtown Heroes FC was declared Man of the match.In the ongoing A-Division Annual League football Tournament two matches were played at Gindun Ground Rajbagh Srinagar.Ist match was played between Real Casmos FC and Nishat FC. Real Cosmos FC won by 2:0 goals. In the 2nd match Al-Hilal FC. Haroon FC defetaed Al-Hilal FC by 2:0 goals. In the Al- Rashid Fc and Baghi Hamdan Fc. Both teams played goaless draw.
The Tournament is organized by JKFA in collaboration with JKSC.
