Baramulla: According to Secretary District Legal Services Authority Baramulla, the 3rd National Lok Adalat of this year is being held here on September 11, 2021.
During the said Lok Adalat, cases with regard to NI Act under section 138, bank recovery, labour disputes, water and electricity bills (excluding non-compoundable), matrimonial, MACT cases, land acquisition and other civil and criminal cases( pending and pre-litigation) would be taken up for on the spot settlement.
All the concerned parties/ advocates who desire to get their cases, disputes and claims settled through this National Lok Adalat may approach District Legal Services Authority Baramulla/ concerned Tehsil Legal Services Committees before the scheduled date of the Lok Adalat.
