DIC Ang continues IEC campaign on Covid-19

Anantnag: Acting upon the instructions issued by Director Information and Public Relations, the District Information Centre (DIC) Anantnag continued the IEC campaign on Covid-19 Friday, here.
The campaign is being taken to educate the people regarding the importance of CAB and vaccination so as to thwart the chances of 3rd Covid wave.
As part of this campaign, announcements were made in the main town by officials of DIC on loudspeaker mounted on a vehicle. Besides pamphlets highlighting the effectiveness and necessity of vaccination and CAB were distributed among shopkeepers, vendors, pedestrians and passengers.
The staff of DIC also took an opportunity to counsel the public about the significance of masks and physical distancing to prevent spread of covid infections.
It is pertinent to mention that DIC has taken a series of IEC activities on Covid-19 in the district so far and the same shall continue in future.
