Srinagar: In order to commemorate “Sadbhavana Divas” pledge taking ceremonies were facilitated at all the Police establishments across the Kashmir Zone.
The pledge functions were held simultaneously at all the Kashmir based district Police headquarters as well as Police establishments while following due COVID-19 protocols & other guidelines. These pledge functions were led by the respective district SSPs & concerned officers during which pledge was administrated to all the officers & officials.
The pledge of Sadbhavana was administered to promote national integration and communal harmony among people of all religions and languages. During the ceremonies, all the officers/jawans pledged “To work for the emotional oneness and harmony of all the people of India regardless of caste, region, religion or language and resolve all the differences among themselves through dialogue and constitutional means without resorting to violence.”
