DC Kupwara visits Hayhama block, inspects vaccination Centre, developmental works

Kupwara:The Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Imam Din Wednesday visited various areas of Hayhama block and took stock of the ongoing vaccination process and inspected various developmental works.
During the visit, the DC inspected Vaccination Centre established in Health & Wellness Centre Shartpora. He stressed upon the concerned for maximum coverage of the people for inoculation.
He also appealed the people to come forward and inoculate themselves with the Coivd vaccine at nearest Vaccination Centre to boost their immunity against the Covid pandemic disease.
On the occasion, the DC also inspected various development works worth Rs.5.10 lakh which include Culverts, Foothpaths, Well and other allied works. He stressed upon the concerned engineers to adhere to the quality standards during the execution of the developmental works so that people will get benefitted at large.
The DC during the visit was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD) Kupwara, Mehraj-u-din Shah; Tehsildar Kupwara and other concerned officers.
