Jammu /May,26 : Jammu and Kashmir Government on Wednesday deployed Sheetal Nanda in place of Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary for covid containment duty at Jammu.
An order issued from the General Administration Department reads “ Sheetal Nanda, IAS, Secretary to Government, Social Welfare Department is hereby deployed with the Health and Medical Education Department for performing COVID containment related work at Jammu in place of Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, IAS,Administrative Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department.The officer shall oversee all COVID containment related work at Jammu as assigned to her by Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department”. It may be mentioned here at Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhry recently suffered a heart stroke but has recovered now. Immediately after his recovery the government has relieved him of the covid containment duty at Jammu.
