Srinagar/April,20 : Newly appointed Director School Education Kashmir Dr Tassaduq Hussain Mir on Tuesday said that Good and quality education is the guarantee of a great and well mannered nation and also said that education is main edifice on which the super structure of nation is build, adding that ‘quality education is needed in every Government and Private Institution to come up to the expectation of the common people’. Dr Tassaduq was talking reporters after taking charge as Director School Education Kashmir .
During an introductory meeting with the officers and other officials of the Directorate of School Education Kashmir, Dr. Tasaduq stressed upon the further strengthening and smooth functioning of public delivery system. DSEK stressed upon the timely redressal of all the public grievances and also directed the sub ordinate staff to deal with public with humbleness. No lapse in this regard shall be entertained. DSEK further directed to follow the COVID-19 protocols in letter and spirit. Meanwhile, the outgoing DSEK Muhammad Younis Malik briefed Dr. Tasaduq about the achievements of the Department.
Later DSEK Dr. Tasaduq Hussain Mir while briefing the media also laid stress on further strengthening of the online education system and any issue in this regard will be resolved within a week. DSEK further said that adequate facilities in this regard shall be provided to the students of far flung areas of Kashmir valley like Gurez, Karnah, etc.
During the function, Joint Director Central Abid Hussain presented the welcome address and OSD DSEK Hilal Ahmad Gilkar presented the vote of thanks.
