Such highly questionable and objectionable decisions taken against the health concerns of the people of Jammu & Kashmir show that government does not show respect to conveniences of the people of Jammu & Kashmir but only takes care of the political conveniences of the party ruling at the centre which interestingly is directly overseeing the affairs of the Jammu & Kashmir Government for about last three years. Though taking credit for installing eOffice Software Project for electronic movement of the files between the secretariats in two capital cities can’t be questioned on any count but the government under any circumstances does not reserve the right to use the eOffice software facilities for the conveniences of it’s employees at the cost of conveniences of the people of Jammu & Kashmir. In democracy the governments have to prefer the conveniences of the people over the conveniences of it’s employees. Imposing no restrictions on government sponsored public functions, tourism operations and preparatory activities for the annual amaranth yatra are the moves taken in contradiction to the deferment of the biannual shifting of move offices from Srinagar to Jammu for the second consecutive year.
