In his greetings message , Hakeem has said that Holi, the festival of colours is an integral part of our composite culture which depicts the rich tradition of ‘Unity in Diversity’. He said people of the country celebrate Holi festival irrespective of their religious, political and social affiliations in tune with the centuries old communal harmony and brotherhood. ” The Holi festival reinvigorstes the spirit of togetherness , social fabric and integration, which was hallmark of our composite ethos, ” Hakeem observed. PDF Chairman has prayed that Holi – the joyous festival of colours may prove harbinger of peace, prosperity and development in jammu and kashmir.
