Srinagar: Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Thursday raided the office of Pollution Control Board (PCB) in the summer capital, Srinagar.
Official sources said that the sleuths of ACB raided the Jammu and Kashmir Pollution Control Board office in Sheikh-Ul-Alam Complex, Rajbagh in Srinagar on Thursday.
“It was not immediately clear why the raid was carried out,” they said.
The ACB has cracked a whip against corrupt government officials — including Tehsildars, Naib Tehsildars, Patwaris and others — in the UT by filing cases against them.
