Srinagar: The semi-finals of ongoing Range level U-19 T20 Cricket tournament which commenced on 21-02-2021 were played Tuesday at SK Stadium Sonwar Srinagar.
The first semifinal match was played between Khanyar Knight Riders and Ganderbal Blues. Batting first Khanyar Knight Riders scored huge total of 203/5 in 20 overs. In reply Ganderbal Blues were all out on 166 in 19.3 overs. The excellent batting and bowling by the Khanyar Knight Riders lead to their win by 37 runs against Ganderbal Blues in the first semi-final match. Sirsheel Abass Bhat, Captain of Khanyar Knight Riders who scored 69 runs was declared man of the match.
The 2nd semi-final match was played between Budgam Greens and Ganderbal Reds. Batting first Ganderbal Reds scored 140/9 in 20 overs. In reply Budgam Greens were all out on 112 in 19.4 overs. Thus Ganderbal Reds won 2nd semi-final by 28 runs. Arif Ahmad Dar of Ganderbal Reds, who scored 58 runs on 30 balls was judged as man of the match. The final match of the tournament will be played between Khanyar Knight Riders and Ganderbal Reds.
