Srinagar/ June,20: After three day shut down against the killing of three militants and two civilians in Arwani village the life in South Kashmir areas returned to normal on Monday.
However, shutdown continues in Anantnag town and Kulgam district on the fourth consecutive day.
Kulgam was the home district of slain Lashkar commander Junaid Mattoo.
Shutdown is being observed in Anantnag town of south Kashmir today to commemorate the death anniversary of Muslim United Front (MUF) leader and founder of Ummat-e-Islami Qazi Nisar.
Shops and other business establishments have opened in Pulwama, Shopian and Anantnag districts.
