Jammu: Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu Tuesday celebrated Republic Day in the Office premises. Joint Director Information Jammu, Namrita Dogra unfurled the tricolor amid recitation of National Anthem. Deputy Director (HQ), Rehana Akhtar Bijli, Cultural Officer, Parul Kajuria, Shivani Deonia besides, all other officials of the department were present on the occasion.
The Department also paid floral tributes to Anil Kumar Abrol (Field Publicity Officer), S. Harbans Singh (Projector Operator) and Anchal Singh (Projector Operator) who attained martyrdom, while performing their duty on this day some two and a half decade back.
