Some ferrying with arms during poll campaign; alleges Chowdhary Ramzan

Handwara/Dec,6: National Conference senior leader and former minister Choudhary Mohammed Ramzan Sunday alleged that some people are ferrying with arms during campaigning in Handwara.Addressing workers convention in Magam area of Handwara in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district the top NC leader sought strict action against those involved in ferrying with arms. He questioned over State Election Commissioner KK Sharma’s silence and his inaction over violation of model code of conduct.
Chowdhary said that security agencies have taken strong note of it. “SSP Handwara has already been requested to snatch these weapons without any delay”, he said. Lashing out at BJP, the senior NC leader said that the saffron party destroyed the structure of J&K and took away with our due rights. He asserted that people came to know about the dacoit of BJP and they are ready to give beffiting reply in ongoing electoral process.”I appeal people to vote for PAGD candidate of Magam Territorial seat and frustrate the plans of saffron party”, he said.
