Shopian: A meeting of Expenditure Observer, Assistant Expenditure Observers, and Accounting teams on election duty was held here Tuesday at Shopian.
The Expenditure Observer Arshid Ahmad Lone presided over the meeting and it was given out that the Expenditure Observer would be monitoring expenditures of the candidates in the constituencies where DDC, by-election (Panchayat) for Sarpanchs and Panchs is scheduled to be held.
