Kishenganga Power Station officers distribute relief material to Gurez fire victims

Bandipora: A team of officers of NHPC- Kishanganga Power station lead by Sub-Divisional Magistrate Gurez on Thursday distributed relief materials including blankets and CGI sheets to fire victims of Gurez, under Corporate Social Responsibility.
The team also interacted with the fire-affected families and expressed solidarity with them.
On the occasion, SDM Gurez appreciated the efforts of NHPC in helping the people in distress.
Meanwhile, representatives of NHPC said the organization is conducting its business in a socially responsible way by maintaining high level of organizational integrity and ethical behaviour in conformity with expected standards of transparency in reporting and disclosing the performance in all spheres of its activities, demonstration of concern for social welfare, adoption of best management practices and effective methods to win the trust and confidence of all stakeholders.
