Srinagar/Sep,5 : Jammu and Kashmir Teachers Joint Action Committee (JKTJAC) has wholeheartedly extended warm greetings to the teachers of Jammu and Kashmir on the teachers day. JKTJAC appreciated the role of teachers for carrying out their essential duties voluntarily through out the lockdown.
Chairman JKTJAC Gazi Abdul Aziz while greeting the teachers on behalf of whole organisation said that despite facing various odds, teachers have tirelessly carried out all responsibilities voluntarily. He said, “we hope teachers would continue to work with more enthusiasm and dedication in the future as well”. He also said, “we expect corruption free education system in Jammu and Kashmir, the organisation would not tolerate any type of discrimination and corruption in the department. He appealed authorities that if any official/officer would be involved in corruption with regard to serve/ promotional matters of teachers, he should be taken to task and action should be taken against him.
He also said that if on their part teachers are performing their duties honesty, at the same time teachers have various long pending grievances with regard to their service matters yet to be redressed.Chairman appealed the authorities to resolve all genuine demands of teachers, as it is the best way to honour the nation builders on teachers day.
