Jammu: National Conference leaders Thursday expressed deep grief over the demise of former MLC Chuni Lal Dhaman, describing him as a grass root leader, who his entire political career strived for betterment of the people, especially poor and down trodden segments of the society.
They recalled his qualities of head and heart saying his contribution in strengthening the party at grass roots level has been immense. He will always be remembered for socio-politico awakening of the people. The National Conference leaders conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
