Jobs of discriminations in JK, jobs of reservations in MP

100% reservation of jobs for the youth of Madhya Pradesh in Madhya Pradesh and a discriminatory job policy in Jammu & Kashmir dereserving job quota for the permanent residents in Jammu & Kashmir shows that BJP governments both at the centre and as well as in states  take decisions to only secure it’s poll prospects . The contradictions and conflictions in the job policies shows that BJP prefers public aspirations over it’s own party’s political aspirations. Irrefutable fact is that BJP took decisions on triple talaq, abrogation of article 370 and article 35 A in Jammu & Kashmir, bifurcation of erstwhile Jammu and Kashmir state into two union territories, Citizenship Amendment Act (CCA) and Construction of Ram Temple to secure it’s own poll prospects both at the centre and as well as in states. With public aspirations taking a back seat not only in Jammu & Kashmir and Madhya Pradesh only but also in other parts of the country, the implementation of  hostile measures on job and land rights in Jammu & Kashmir have come into question on many counts . Once the BJP led government in Madhya Pradesh shuts down doors of government jobs for outsiders in Madhya Pradesh, the party presently exercising direct control over Jammu & Kashmir Government ceases the moral, political and legal right to arbitrarily withdraw the exclusive rights of the J&K residents over the government jobs in Jammu & Kashmir.

If democracy has to survive in the country, the decisions imposed during last one year in Jammu & Kashmir and other parts of the country have to be resisted by the India’s mainland politics. Resistance against party agenda of  BJP for restoration of public agenda is the only way to end the policy of  reservations of jobs in Madhya Pradesh and discrimination of jobs in Jammu & Kashmir .

BJP misusing power for implementing it’s own political agenda does not head to any dead end in India’s mainland politics but this does not mean that trends of political authoritarianism are not reversible. Now it is for India’s dissenting political forces sitting on the opposition benches in the parliament to kick start a campaign for reversing the decisions taken since August 5 last year not only in Jammu & Kashmir but also at national level to  restore the dignity of  public aspirations in the country . Allowing any political party to impose it’s own political agenda over the people would ultimately prove suicidal for the survival of democracy.
