Jammu : Dozens of youth including women today joined Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party (JKAP) in presence of senior leaders at the Party office in Gandhi Nagar.
A statement issued from Jammu on Tuesday said the senior party leaders and former ministers welcomed the youth into the party fold and expressed hope that they will strengthen the party.
Prominent among those who joined the party include Sheetal Singh, Vishal Kumar, Abhay, Goutam Dogra, Neelam, Dhananjay Sudan, Shahrsh Gupta, Dolly Devi, Vikas Gupta, Vikas Kumar, Ghulshan Singh, Karan Singh, Swaran Singh, Arjun Singh, Sher Singh, Kala Ram, Sandeep Singh, Rajesh, Rahul, Reeta Devi and others.
The senior party leaders who were present on the occasion include former minister Aijaz Ahmed Khan, former minister Dilawar Mir, former minister Manjit Singh, Ex-MLC Vijay Bakaya, Ex-MLC Syed Asgar Ali, senior leader Vikram Malhotra, senior leader Namrata Sharma, Adv Nirmal Kotwal, Trade Union leader Ajaz Kazmi, Sohan Singh, RK Lalotra, Shanker Singh Chib, Gourav Kapoor, Abhay Bakaya, Joginder Singh, Sahil Wazir and others.
