Bandipora Police arrests 3 , claims recovery of incriminating material

Bandipora/July, 29: Police in Bandipora said on Wednesday that three  associates of militants were arrested by it  in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bandipora. They have been identified as Abrar Gulzar resident of Bagh Bandipora, Mohd Waqar resident of Chittay Banday and Muneer Ahmad Sheikh resident of Quil Muqam Bandipora. As per the police records, they were involved in various objectionable activities besides providing logistic support and assistance to the active militants operating in district Bandipora. Police said that incriminating material has been recovered from their possession. Police also said that a case FIR No. 74/2020 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Bandipora and further investigation has been initiated.
