Jammu/July,9 : Director Jammu and Kashmir Innovative Foundation For Transforming Society (JKIFTS) Dr Tasaduk Hussain Itoo Thursay said that people must take necessary precautions while getting to routine amid Covid-19 Pandemic.
He said that it is very concerning to see people discrediting necessary precautionary measures and getting to routine works without wearing face masks and avoiding physical distancing.
He said that while the Govt. is unlocking the lockdown in phased manner permitting routine activities back to normal, people should stay, awake, serious and cautious without exercising any kind of leniency.
Amid the pandemic nature of Covid-19, every nook of corner of the world is getting affected and in India the cases are rising exponentially besides several deaths are occurring on daily basis due to Covid-19.
“Elderly people and patients who are suffering from comorbidities like Diabetes, Heart diseases, Cancer, Lung diseases and others- should be taken extra care and not allowed to move out unless necessary”, he said.
“People should avoid crowds and maintain physical distance, wear face masks and adhere to all necessary precautions at public places”, he added.
