Srinagar/July ,2 : SKIMS Soura the top referral hospital of Kashmir reported death of two more COVID-19 patients and with these more deaths the COVID-19 death toll has mounted to 109 in Jammu & Kashmir.
Health officials at SKIMS Soura said “a 55 year old of Yaripora Kulgam and 65 year old resident of Sopore Baramulla died in the night intervening Wednesday and Thursday, adding that “55 year old man from yaripora area of Kulgam who was undergoing treatment since 22 June died in the night intervening Wednesday and Thursday”. They said ” the patient was known case of HTN with T2 DM with multifocal encephalopathy”.
Confirming the second death the health officials said “a 65 year old male from Sopore who was also admitted on June 22 dies in the night intervening Wednesday and Thursday at SKIMS Soura”, adding that ” the patient was suffering from Community acquired pneumonia(CAP) besides HTN, T2DM and other ailments:.
With two more deaths , the Covid-19 deaths tolls has mounted to 109 in Jammu and Kashmir.
