JK CSF finalises constitution, bye laws, Qayoom Wani Says ‘Final touch to be given at next meet’

Srinagar:Jammu and Kashmir Civil Society Forum (JK CSF) on Tuesday finalised the draft proposal for the constitution and bye laws of the civil society forum launched recently and Chairman Forum Ab Qayoom Wani while presiding over the meeting said that final touches to the constant and the bye laws of the forum will be given at the next meeting
In a high level meeting, committee held for framing the constitution and Bye laws of JKCSF under the chairmanship of it’s Chairman Ab Qayoom Wani here in Srinagar all the members of ‘constitution put forth their suggestions for running the affairs of the newly launched JKCSF, a non political civil society as per the wishes and aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir
In the meeting some main points for constitution were discussed and finalized and it was unanimously resolved that this civil society will work purely on non political basis and will never become part of any political or electoral process directly or indirectly. The members resolved that JKCSF will always raise voice against social evils , drug mafia, liquor sale corruption, redtapisim , favoritism, voice against any onslaught on social , economic, political, democratic ,constitutional, environmental, human rights , cultural rights besides raising voice for protection of JK’s own resources. Membership ,financial issues , establishing of office. expansion of forum at central , provincial and distt level over all functioning of JKCSF were thread bare discussed and opinions for finalization of constitution and bylaws and other and for other related issues were sought from all members of committee.The representatives and committee members who attended the meeting personally were Gen sec Farooq Ahmad Trali ,Vice President Nusrat Ahmad Beig .vice president Mukhtahar Ahmad Tantry , Chief spokesman Haji Farooq Ahmad lone ,Mohd Ayoub Mir Secretary, Engineer Mohd iqbal shah Chief organizer, Firdous Ahmad Bhat Organizer, Mohd Shafi Kambay Press Secretaray ,Hilal Ahmad paray Sr leader JKCSF ,Wasif Noor Sr leader JKCSF and the leaders who were called on phone were Dr Gh Nabi vice president Syed Dilber Hussain provincial president Mohd Akbar Mir chief coordinator,Gh Mohi-Ud-Din Chief Advisor ,Ab Qayoom Lone joint secretary ,Shabir Ahmad Qadri treasurer ,Pushpinder Singh coordinator Molvi Mushtaq spokesman Ab Majeed joint Secretary ll .Legal advisors advocate Safir Ahmad Rashi, Advocte Saqib Nabi,Advocate Owais Ahmad and Shoaib kirmani the web admin.
