Jammu: “Sahyog India”, an NGO working for the rehabilitation of “Differently Abled” children, presented certificate of appreciation to Directorate of Health Services Jammu in recognition of the dedicated services of the Health Care Warriors fighting Covid- 19 pandemic.
The certificate of appreciation was presented to Dr. Renu Sharma. Sahyog India, founded on 12th January 1985, is working voluntarily for the benefit of the Differently Abled persons under the chairmanship of Dr. D.R. Kapoor, founder President Dr. Ashwani Jojra, President Esther William and Sr. Vice President, Pooja Malhotra.
Sahyog India has solemnised marriages of 2700 orphan daughters irrespective of religion and region. Also 50 differently abled children are getting special education through special school of Sahyog India, “Prerna Institute of Rehabilitation and Research”.
Founder of Sahyog India Dr. Ashwani Jojra and Director Health Services Jammu Dr. Renu Sharma have are working together under a Memorandum of Understanding for the betterment of society.
DHS Jammu conveyed that the efforts of the Health Care Corona Warriors with the support of Civil Society shall surely bear positive results & India will win over the pandemic.
