Power shutdown in Jammu parts

JAMMU: Chief Engineer, (Distribution) JPDCL, Jammu has informed that to carry out work of charging of 1×10 MVA additional transformer at 33/11 KV Receiving Station, the shutdown of 33/11 KV R/Stn. Bari Brahmana and 33 KV BB-II Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Industrial Area Bari Brahmana and its adjoining being fed from 33/11 KV Receiving Station Bari Brahmana on BB-II line will remain affected on June 07 from 8 am to 2 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Industrial Area Bari Brahmana and its adjoining being fed from 33 KV BB-II line emanating from 132/33 KV Grid Station BB-II will remain affected on June 07 from 10 am to 11 am.
Meanwhile, to execute work for charging and mounting of 33 KV cable on pole at 33/11 KV Receiving Station, the shutdown of 33/11 KV Receiving Station Suhagpur is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Arnia and its adjoining will remain affected on June 08 from 10 am to 3 pm.
However, for testing and commissioning of 11 KV VCB panel along with XLPE power cable, the power supply to Bantalab, Radio Station, CRPF, Lakshmipuram, Chinor, Exchange, AYUSH Hospital, Keran, Rajinder Nagar and adjoining areas will remain affected on June 08 from 9 am to 3 pm.
Meanwhile, to carry out thickening of 33 KV line, the shutdown of 33 KV Kaleeth-Khour Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Kaleeth, Khour Town, Gigral Kharah, Dhanger, Chack Malal, Aizal Mallal and its adjoining will remain affected on June 07 and 09 from 6 am to 12 noon.
However, to carry out work of branch cutting, the shutdown of 33 KV Akhnoor-Jourian Line is being observed.
During the shutdown, the power supply to Rakh, Muthi, Burmal, Devpur, Naiwala, Sohal, Jourian Town, Bhalwal, Troti and adjoining areas will remain affected on June 07 from 8 am to 2 pm.
