Srinagar/May,26: Vice Chairman, Jammu & Kashmir State Road Transport Corporation (JKSRTC) Haji Pervaiz Ahmad Bhat Saturday visited the JKSRTC Headquarter, M.A. Road Srinagar to review the functioning of the Corporation.
The employees of the Corporation gave rousing welcome to the Vice Chairman.
Expressing confidence over the officers and employees of Corporation under the control of Managing Director, the Vice-Chairman asked the concerned to work with coordination and missionary zeal to improve its financial health and make it beneficial.
The Vice Chairman appreciated the employees of the Corporation for their dedicated services to people of State during various versatile situations like earthquake, Floods and Elections. He said the Corporation has also left no stone unturned to provide transportation facilities to people particularly student’s community to ferry them to destination to participate in competitive examinations during unrest in Valley.
Giving patient hearing to the issues and problems being confronted to the employees of the Corporation, the Vice-Chairman assured that these would be resolved in phased manner.
