Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir police raided a house and recovered ammunition and incriminating material in south Kashmir district of Shopian, a police spokesman said on Friday evening.
He said on a credible input, Shopian Police along with security forces carried out searches in Bongam area of District Shopian.
During search, police have recovered incriminating materials including ammunition from the residential house of one individual identified as Naseeer Ahmad Mantoo, age 50 years.
Accordingly case FIR No. 20/2020 under relevant sections of law has been registered at Police Station Shopian. The recovered incriminating material has been seized by the police and taken into records for the purpose of investigation.
