Srinagar: Senior political activist and independent candidate from Baramulla parliamentary constituency Najeeb Naqvi in a statement on Saturday said that regrettavbly the NEET centres have not been established in kashmir to enable the aspirants from kashmir especially the students from far flung areas to make sure their entries and get a break through in most prestigious exam.
Saying that the Govt is still not in a position to make sure that the NEET centres are being established in kashmir, Naqvi said the aspirants are in state of choas where to go and how to make it possible .
Urging the Director General NTA to establish adequate centres in kashmir to enable the aspirants, Naqvi said that most of the candidates are from not financially sound families and some are hailing from far flung and remote areas. Claiming that most of such student can not afford to go out side state and sit in this exam, Naqvi said in the prevailing situation and election atmosphere parents won’t find it conveinent to send their wards outside the state.
Asking the state govt to intervene and arrange the adequate centres in kashmir , Naqvi said since hardly few days are left for the said prestigious exam and keeping in view the aspirants career the Governor’s administration must intervene without any further delay to arrange adequate centres for the aspirants in kashmir .
