Srinagar: Noted scholar Hujatul Islam Aga Syed Muhammad Fazullah Al-Mousvi Al- Safvi passed away on Monday.
Aga Syed Fazlullah was son of Ayatullah Aga Syed Yousuf Al-Mousvi Al- Safvi of Budgam who was the founder of Anjuman-e-Sharian Shian. He passed away on Monday morning after prolonged illness, said a family member.
Fazlullah was brother of NC MLC Aga Syed Mehmood and an uncle of Aga Syed Hassan al Mousvi-al-Safvi.
He was laid to rest at his ancestral graveyard at Astan-eSharif Budgam. The funeral prayers were led by Aga Syed Bakar.
